Founded on the extensive, hands-on leadership experience of principal Chris Cutlan, the firm brings a proven track record of operational excellence and strategic insight to every client engagement.

Chris began his career at age 12 assisting at an Esso service station in Kelowna, BC, and by 19 was managing a network of stations for Imperial Oil Limited in Vancouver. He advanced through progressively senior roles in the oil industry, overseeing convenience store operations, land development, Tim Hortons franchises, carwashes, and ultimately salaried operations across Western Canada until his retirement from the sector in 2002 at age 42. He and his wife Krista then built and operated a West Coast Lodge called Tranquility Bay for divers and sea kayakers on the Sunshine Coast for a decade, followed by a second boutique hotel and spa property called The Tuwanek Hotel on the same coast for another eight years. Upon retiring to Victoria and later Salt Spring Island, Chris served on multiple strata councils for eight years, including as President of two 22-storey buildings in Victoria during the demanding COVID-19 period.

He specialize in consulting and supporting small, self-managed strata's with expense and capital planning, depreciation report analysis and capital implementation, maintenance strategies, operational systems, and technology integration—designed to reduce administrative burden, preempt challenges, maximize volunteer board productivity, and promote sustained resident satisfaction and community stability.
